  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Standing Maintenance Windows

Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings from 1:30am – 4am EST Deltek maintains a standing maintenance window.

The standing maintenance window will not always be used. Deltek will place a message in the System Maintenance area on your cloud portal if Deltek plans to conduct maintenance during the standard maintenance window that will cause the system to be unavailable for a period of time within the standard maintenance window.

For Costpoint Enterprise US-only customers, Deltek maintains a standing maintenance window every Tuesday and Thursday nights from 10:00pm - 12:00 midnight EST.

For Costpoint Enterprise International customers, Deltek maintains a Non-Production standing maintenance window every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 1:30 am - 4:00 am EST and a Production standing maintenance window on Saturdays from 7 am - 7 pm EST.

The standing maintenance window will not always be used. If Deltek plans to conduct maintenance during the standing maintenance window that will cause the system to be unavailable for a period of time within that window, a message will be placed in the System Maintenance area on your cloud portal alerting you to this.
